Need Help with Toy Hauler toilet and gray valves

Hello first i'll try to explain my problem(s).
The toilet water valve in my 2014 Voltage toy hauler don't seem to fully close so when i am camping I can't drain some of the gray water into a bucket as the nasty toilet water seems to be leaking to the pipe end.

Today I was attempting to drain the gray water and the metal handle completely pulled out not opening the valve so I can't drain the gray water. Obviously BOTH black and gray water levers need replaced. Does anyone know where to access these? Are they behind the water panel?

No big deal. As I recall it has self-taping hex screws securing the cover in place. I had to remove the screws on part of mine to install an item in the floor of the garage.

There under the coroplast. Your gonna have to cut it open or take it down to repair.

They're under the trailer. You'll have to climb underneath the trailer and remove the protective cover to expose the valves. Might be better left to the pros.
