Need Help with Toy Hauler toilet and gray valves

Hello first i'll try to explain my problem(s). The toilet water valve in my 2014 Voltage toy hauler don't seem to fully close so when i am camping I can't drain some of the gray water into a bucket...

No big deal. As I recall it has self-taping hex screws securing the cover in place. I had to remove the screws on part of mine to install an item in the floor of the garage.
