New Actuator Woes

I took my side door actuator off of my Winnebago Rialta about a year ago because it had gone bad. I just bought a new OEM replacement since I'm getting sick unlocking it manually, and I'm really starting to wish I had taken pictures of the old wiring configuration, because I can't for the life of me get this thing working properly.

There are three wires - 2 of them are green and 1 is purple. I know the purple is the hot wire, but I'm not sure what each of the green ones are. Anyways, I've looked up the wiring schematics and have them all connected accordingly, but it's doing the opposite of what I need it to do. When I unlock the front doors, the side door locks, and vice versa. I've tried using different combinations by switching the green wires around, and also moving the hot wire around, but it either makes it not work at all, or it misfires erratically and heats up very quickly. I get the feeling that's not so good for the motor!

Can anybody lend a hand? What else can i try, aside from taking it into a repair shop?
