No 12VDC at batwing
Noticed that the batwing antenna was getting ZIP for stations. I climbed up on top of the rig & found NO 12vdc at the batwing. I don't have the Winegard power injector. The antenna "should" be getting...

Om you have no 12 volt out of the Matrix Swtich (Box of Many Buttons)
DO you have 12 volts coming INTO the box? that is the next step, does the little red light come on?
And you did check at the back of the box right, not just at teh antenna end of the cable.. Mine vanished in the roof.
