No Taillights, Turn Signals, or Brake Lights Only Headlights

I've got a 1999 American Eagle coach on a Spartan chassis.

A couple of months ago on our last trip I noticed that when we got home, I had no taillights. And when I checked further, I had no turn signals, or brake lights. In fact, except for headlights I have no outside lights at all.

No ICC lights, no side (marker) lights, no parking lights. Only the patio light about the board works. And it doesn't run through the front console.

And I also have no turn signal or emergency flasher indicators on the dashboard.

I've got the schematics from both Spartan and Fleetwood and not only don't they somestimes agree, but sometimes they're just plain wrong.

For example,check out this schematic

Follow the wire on the far left, from ground up through Marker Lts switch 14C over through the coil of the Flash Relay and back to ground. So how the heck is that supposed to work?

Obviously it's got to be pretty high up the power chain to take out all of those systems, but so far I've had no luck. And Fleetwood and Spartan having been a lot of help.

Anyone have any ideas?

I had several outside lights out on my rig. Took a whole handful of fuses before I got 'em all working Not all in the same fuse block.

But I have a different rig.
  • Had a similar problem on my 09 Tiffin Phaeton. Problem was a bad ground. Ran a new ground wire from the rear frame to the rear lighting wiring harness to solve the problem.
  • on't know about your vehicle but on my Ford F350 there are relays under the hood in a box and blowing one or more of them can kill the turn and brake lights.
  • any critter signs? some like to eat wire insulation. .wow to loose everything I wish you the best, guess you start at the fuse box check with a meter do you have power coming into the fuse box ? no power at fuse box work backwards
