Hi all. My Norcold 1210T 12 Qubic foot refer when running on chassis batts I sometime get a reading on the front refer panel saying "DC LO". The refer always works just fine even tho this reading.
Voltage at the coach batts is 13.4. Voltage at the refer fuse is 12.8. Voltage at the back of the refer is 12.6. Why am I getting this reading? Might the sensor just be too sensitive? Never a problem if running on AC, Engine running or Generator. Is there an adjustment?:h

1. Your refer does not run on Chassis battery. It runs on COACH battery.
2. IF what your state is, when engine running or Genset/Shore Power, then you Coach battery bank is dropping below 12 volts and the Refer sees that and throws the code. So, you need your Batteries checked and Load tested. Doug

'DC LO' error is triggered if DC Supply Voltage drops belwo 10.5V

IF this error occurred when on AC power then suspect would be 'AC Ripple' from converter.

But running only on battery the voltage may be drawn down momemtarily due to other DC components being turned on.....water pump, lighting, exhaust fans, fridge fans etc.

No adjustments ....
Is it time for your medication or mine?

The 12 Qubic foot model has some issues IMO.
