Norcold N1095 fin fan

I have an ice build-up issue on the fins of my refer and have a 12v fin fan I want to install. There is no traditional door switch on this unit. Incoming at the wiring harness near the light is a red, red with white stripe, white with black stripe and black with white stripe wires. Can someone tell me if I can get an uninterrupted 12v out of this configuration and how to wire it?

    I couldn't find your model, but according to Page 47 of this manual on BryantRV, the colors are:

    Thermistor = White/Black and Red/White

    Light = Red and Black/White

    Wish I knew what turns the Light On/Off. In our N811, I don't remember seeing a Switch either, and I know the Logic Board turns it Off after a period of open-door time.

    When we had an older Dometic, with a Switch, I installed a fan and I think the way I did it was go across the Light Switch.

    Is there enough space in the little chase the four wires you describe run in, to be able to run two more skinny little wires?

    Best option is to grab a multi-meter and do some probing...very easy.

    How, without a switch? I,m thinking, since there is no switch, there may be a 12v interruption between the circuit board at the back of the refer and the wiring harness at the light inside.
