Norcold red reset light

Question

I have a Norcold fridge in my class A. The outside circuit panel red lite is on and needs to be reset. This happened two years ago and the service tech simply used a strong magnet to reset it by placing it somewhere on the panel. Does anyone know exactly how to do that?

Hi, I just had to reset mine recently. Hold the magnet near the light, just above it for a few seconds.It should make a loud click sound and reset. Be careful that it just needs resetting and not an actual overheat problem. I had mine bypassed while on a trip as it kept tripping. Then when I arrived home had it checked and the box itself was defective  replaced...that was 2 months ago and doing fine now.
