not getting electrical power into motorhome
when I turn battery disconnect (main) on I do not hear the normal "click" that tells me I have ac current in the motorhome. Inverter signal "waiting for A/C". It does show batteries are fully charged ...

First check the power receptacle for power. What type of source are you connecting to?
If you are using an adapter, try a different one.
Your transfer switch may have failed. Locate it and check for power coming in on the shore power side.
What happens when you start the genset? If power is good you have isolated the problem to shore power. Could be no power at pedestal, bad adpater if used, transfer switch.
