when I turn battery disconnect (main) on I do not hear the normal "click" that tells me I have ac current in the motorhome. Inverter signal "waiting for A/C". It does show batteries are fully charged ...

Battery disconnect should have nothing to do with your 120 volt AC problem.

Plus the the contacts in the reels do go bad especially when there is a high current placed across them. When I troubleshoot electrical problems I start where I know there is power and continue down the line until it is gone and then I have found the problem. JMT
