Hi all, I tested my nuwave on a 1000 watt pure sine wave inverter. I could use the 375 F setting. 425 F caused the inverter to overload.

A real life test. I was just about to make croutons when the power went out. For fun I chose to do them using the inverter. It worked like a charm.
