The crude supply is flooding the earth. Billions of barrels in Australia will feed the far east. Brasil has enough crude to war with Venezuela and supply the refinery on Aruba for 10,000 years. The USA is exporting crude. Russia is sitting on FOUR QUADRILLION BARRELS of recoverable crude. Hundred million barrel reserve just discovered on land in England. Add that to the North Sea BP reserves. The king of Saudi Arabia says the days of hundred dollar crude can "never happen again"

Build a 500,000 barrel a day refinery in Puerto Rico. They would love the jobs.

Like the 4-trillion karat diamond deposit with gemstones far superior to anything coming from Africa, the Russians have their mitts on the diamond supply for the next 100,000 years.

Greed has caught up to the hucksters. The El Boleo mine here in Baja California has introduced a 70,000 ton finished copper addition to the world supply. The chinese have determined Australia has enough copper to feed the world for 3,000 years.

Artificial shortages hurt poor people. The manipulators however stand a good chance of incurring lead poisoning...

Oil prices are a slippery up and down slope.

Buy oil stock, that way when gas gets expensive, hopefully the value of your oil stocks go up along with the dividends to pay for it's increase in prices.

In Etowah, Tn, I think the other day they had diesel for 2.09 but the Edge won't burn it.

LOL.....Never said diesel is 5 bucks a gallon at the pump.
Read all I said.
Products such as engine oil/milk/etc or anything that moves by diesel power still have those high fuel prices figured into the price.
This was the down side that was talked about when the feds allowed shippers to pass along the higher fuel costs.
Will lower diesel fuel costs ever be passed back to the consumer ??

I can get ARCO diesel for 2.69 a gallon on Devonshire and Sepulveda in the SFV, but the lines are long, long, long, and it's a hassle going in and paying cash, then going in and getting change to top off my fuel tank.

My logs indicate the best mpg's being acheived on Unocal and Chevron diesel... sometimes Texaco gives me uber MPG's per fill up also. The diesel fuel sold in UT, ID, MT and WY is the good stuff, really really good stuff, very high MPG's almost every fill up. Conoco, Phillips, and Sinclair, all of them good.


I refuse to buy Shell diesel fuel... 7 to 10% loss in MPG's, it is cut with some sort of crap. It's also the same fuel Kroger, Food King, Ralphs, all the grocery store chains carry for fuel also, despite the grocery discounts offered at 20c a gallon, I don't find any value being gained.

It's Sheeple. More like sheep than people with common sense. They have not found a way yet to tamper with diesel fuel, but the damn soybean Liberal Democrap subsidy farmers in Illinois have been trying. I refuse to buy anything with biodiesel in it, if it can at all be avoided. Not when oil abounds.

The oil glut continues. Petrobras, of Brasil increased it's crude oil reserves offshore to 780 BILLION barrels of light sweet crude.

Driving from Balboa to Santee only garbage Arco was under three bucks. The average price was around $3.08 with diesel at $2.79.

Gabriel, found water im my fuel filter down here from Mexican gas so I purchased ten gallons of Chevron to get a gallon of ethanol. Good thimg Mexico banned alcohol in the gas - 'cause with shifty transporters and station owners we would be trying to run steam engines.

I positively lost 2.2 miles per gallon or 10% Urban fuel mileage on Chevron gasahol. That car NEVER gets that low of mileage in 80,000 miles of driving. Still looking for ANY PROOF that alcohol does ANYTHING to reduce emissions. What I DID notice is beef prices im the USA being sky high.
