I have a customer that tried to have a grid tied solar system installed about 12 years ago. The installer never finished because the install would not meet code. I might have the opportunity to purchase the trace equipment and batteries, my question is will the batteries be toast after sitting that long? They are new never used Fullriver DC115-12 batteries, I checked them with a voltage meter and two read about 10.4 volts and two were 11.6 volts.
