Onan 7k remote status and hour meter not indicating at times
We have Tiffin Open Road 36LA 2015. It has 7HGJAB-900K gas generator with Magnum Energy MS 2000 PSW inverter with auto start feature.
Periodically and randomly the remote status and hour meter fail to indicate. Both are in cockpit area. They usually fail shortly after beginning a trip. They may also fail while stationary.
I suspect loose connection someplace. I have wiggled wires under the dash and by the generator. No change in condition noted.
Has anyone had trouble with connections at the generator control board or grounding points?
