FYI: Did extensive reading/viewing about this problem.(I have an Onan 5500 Marques Gold 2008.) Replacing fuel pump, filter and oil sensor did not resolve the problem but what did work was running 2 to 1 ratio of gas to Sea Foam through gen. Performed starting procedure by disconnecting fuel line from fuel filter and attaching 1/4" gas line from filter to mason jar with sea foam mixture. Gen started for 10-20 seconds then shut down several times but I managed to get the mixture into the carb. Allow 1-2 hours for mixture to sit in carb then restart. Ran like a champ with or without a load.
