Fred: That filter is threaded in to to right angle fitting.
It was a common filter used on Ford carburetors in the '80s and '90s
Any NAPA parts store should stock it, there were a couple of different thread sizes, take in the old one. The clamp is not the right style it will leak and the clamp cuts into the hose. The hose could be cut a little shorter and a proper clamp used, would likely stop leak.
