Thanks for sharing that.
One small update. The most recent space walk was to replace the aging Nickel Metal Hydride batteries with Lithium Ion. They moved the NMH to another "back up" buss.
I suspect they used a different chemistry LI (one that is low temperature capable, but I've not found any details).
