Plugs / Jacks for ceiling fans/lights

Hi all, I bought some fans/lights that I thought were the same jacks as the ones I have in my roof. The plug on the right is the male version of the jack that works in our camper, the plug on the left is what I bought by mistake. Anyone know of an adapter anywhere? OR what their 'official' names are so I can try and find one?

    The one on the left(finger on it) is a quarter inch phone plug. The one on the right looks like a 2.5mm coax plug.
