Yes, that hose with connector is a stock item. Propane supply store is likely going to be unable to make one up for you, as they probably don't deal with RVs. @RVBill3 gave you the link.
@therink also is right. You will have to remove the regulator on the Weber, as the quick-connect offers already-regulated low pressure gas, and that won't flow through the second regulator at all.
Finally, although it is very unlikely you'll have a problem with the item from CW, be aware that the propane quick connect fitting is NOT the same as a similar compressed air fitting (in case you decide you'd like to get fancy on us), nor is it the same as an older propane quick connect fitting used as recently as 2007 on my TT. In fact, the two propane fittings look identical to the eye, they are just enough different that they will not engage each other. Stupid, I agree, but folks sometimes run into appliances/hoses/fittings that don't mesh, and this is why.
