Who makes the quietest roof mounted AC?

- I think it depends so much on how it is mounted on the roof and how it is ducted that your question will be hard to answer. However, I don't find my ducted Dometic to be distractingly loud, its pretty much just a whoosh sound.
- Are you asking about inside or outside noise? If inside, ducted or non-ducted? Fan on high, I assume??
- I think a lot has to do with the installation but our new TT has a Mach 15K by Coleman and it's MUCH more quiet than our last Ducted unit with a DuoTherm.
- Just put a new Atwood 15,000 BTU in and I have to say it's much quieter than the Carrier it replaced.

My Dometic 13,500 is MUCH quieter than the Coleman that used to be mounted on my Class A
