Residential Refr in Class A MH -won't cool - help!

You may need to pull it out of the wall so the service man can get at it.. If this can be done quickly (I suspect it can) then wait till he requests.

As for invalidation... Well you could argue that the Motor home IS a single family residence (Your "Summer cottage") but how well it will fly, I can not say.
