got a core from them...rm7030. costs almost 1000. took over a month to get here. bad foam job. took over a day to install. bad core. will not answer phone. buyer beware...

Check out the Better Business Bureau on them. Also, lots of negative
if you google the name. Scared me, got my Amish Unit from RV Cooling Units. Now all I have to do is clear up my sputtering gas issue.

Sorry to hear of your problems. Something we all fear will happen one time or another. I had seen their website a couple of weeks ago and noticed that they still have winter specials posted. Not quite up to date on that. You probably already know that they have 2 phone numbers and an email address on their site. If you haven't tried all of them, might see if a different contact method will help.
