RV Front Jack Problems?

Hello, Two days ago I set up my 2012 Wildcat fifth wheel as i've done many times before. However this time the front right hydraulic jack will not touch the block, So my RV seems a tad unstable. The Rig however does raise and lower when I push the leveling button. I am thinking that the other jack is doing all the work. The system just has one jack motor. I have checked the shear pin and its intact, also the little gears all seem to be working properly. Does anyone have any suggestions? Why is the one leg not touching the levelling block?
  • Hydraulic and gears? I am confused, do you have hydraulic or electric landing gear?
I suspect it is electric, with a single motor and a tie bar to the curb side leg. If so, it is fairly simple fix. Support the front of the trailer, either on the truck or with a couple of bottle jacks. Raise the powered leg to your stopping point. En the front compartment and take the shear bolt out of the tie bar and pich it back. Now, manually crank up the curn side leg until it is equal with the street side leg and reattach the tie bar.
