Happijac Jack Problems

Hello All
I am new to this forum, but not to truck campers. We recently purchased a 2008 Bigfoot 15C9.5 Short Bed Camper. This is our 4th camper over the years. We love the camper. It is in very good condition and appears to be used little and stored indoors.
The first flaw that I found is in when I went to unload the camper. The 4150 Hapijac jacks were binding up to the point of the clutch slipping while lowering the camper. Both sides of the front jacks were doing this at different points while lowering. I used the hand crank and bumped them up and down and was able to get it lowered sufficiently. This is disappointing for jacks that are only 10 years old. Our previous camper had Attwood electric jacks that were 20 years old and they still work flawlessly. I am not sure if we will need to replace the jacks, the motors or both.
Any advise we can get from those who have experience with these jacks would be greatly appreciated. I am a hands on guy and am mechanically inclined, but have not been able to find much info on these jacks.

Thanks, Doug
