I have an Samsung S3 and when the battery is 100% and I unplug it within 10 min it will drop to 45%. Can I get a new battery or do I need to replace the phone?

Get an ebay battery and sell the phone if you're out of contract. I just sold my S3 on ebay after getting a new S5, love it. You're paying for it regardless, might as well get a new one if you qualify.
