San-T-Flush outside inlet broken

Hello,

My San-T-Flush port is broken and there water leaking outside, when I used.

Looks easy to remplace. I strugle to find out in Canada the same part. I checked in You-Tube and found-out that some user replace the San-T-Flush by a City water port.

Should I consider this?

Thanks!!

Attached are outside and inside San-T-Flush

  • I'm with bid_time on this one. Do you really want to take a chance of contents of a full the black tank sloshing up the tube and greeting you when you remove the cap?

This is a outside Sani Flush plug. We connect the plug with a hose water in order to spray water in the black water tank. Did the replacement yesterday and works fine. They only think I did in extra is I removed the check valve of the Inlet water plug. So when I unplug the hose, the remaining go outside as my initial San-T flush

  • Sure, use whatever works. Label the new port as a sani-flush on the camper if necessary.
