When I was Repair Boss on a Submarine Tender, my Divers had a Hyperbaric Chamber for treating divers that had Decompression Sickness or the Bends.
Never heard of a Hyperbaric Bomb, but a Depth Charge does its damage by Hyperbaric pressure waves - over-pressure waves.
Similar damaging effects by Bunker Buster Bomb and Big Bertha bomb - massive over-pressure.
