Solar Lights

I am looking to get some solar(street type)lights to light a boat dock and ramp. The problem is that all the web sites are not accurate and or standard on there measurements of light output. One will say 800 lumens = a 60w incandescent and the next one says that there 800 lumens = a 75w and the next will say theirs = a 150w halogen. :h It is like buying a computer when they all use different terms and fuzzy math instead of one standard. I just want a good light to light my dock. I have read that you are suppose to shop by lumens but if all the "claims" are different do I just hope for the best? The problem is that there are hundreds of dollars in difference in some of the prices.
