The best way I found to run wires around my 5th wheel was to run the wires down the middle of the ceiling where the A/C built-in ducts are. You can pull the ceiling vents that is installed every 6-feet or so along the ceiling and pull your cables thru it. Then when you get to the ends you can come out inside one of the ceiling cabinets and route to where it needs to go...
Have run several RG cables and other wiring doing this over the years.
I do however think the idea of BLUETOOTH speakers would be your easiest solution to this problem. Like other post said - also gives you OUTSIDE use for your speakers as well...
