Correct - 25'. This is what dampens out the pump vibrations before they can emanate down the hose to the rest of the plumbing.
Is this better than an accumulator tank?
I'm also trying to cypher a way to install a vertical mounting system, this pump takes up a LOT of space that could better be used for other purposes. My other option is to make a structural ceiling and hang it from there... but then I'm living with a suspended load and the risks that come from that.
