Storage Doors, how are they held in place?

I have a 2007 Kodiak Hybrid 23TT. One of the forward storage doors needs to be removed so I can do a repair to the fiberglass around it, but I can't figure out how to get it out, and more importantly to put it back. There aren't screws, rivets or anything on the exterior flange that connects to the wall of the trailer. Could they simply just be held in place with adhesive?

Appreciate any help you can offer.
  • As you open the door on the cabinet, look inside opening, there may be a plastic cover that wraps all the way around, stappled into position. Under this plastic may be the screws you are looking for.
  • On my Southwind there is a screw in the center of the hinge area. The screw keeps the door from moving latterly. Remove the gas strut. Remove the screw, lift the door up as far as it will go and the door drops out of the c rail. Hope this works.
