Sunlight vents leak, Dicor time
What is the proper prep for cleaning up and applying Dicor sealant around items on the roof that could leak, once the Dicor starts showing splits?

You're Welcome. Cleaning up the old stuff is always the big question, and I've seen everything from alcohol to turpentine to mineral spirits mentioned as a good cleaner. If you just use some of the Dicor Roof Cleaner used in the video, you can't go wrong?
