Thank YOU, Professional Techs

I'll toss out a few names, knowing I've missed some, so please no offense intended for those I forget...

Chris, Doug, Jetcare, Texas (and again there are more. You know who you are. Please accept my thanks.)

You fix RV's, RV Appliances, RV Problems, day after day. You put up with incomplete information and unrealistic expectations. Still you do your job and get/keep us on the road and our gear working on the campsite.

Yet you take the time to help US! Unscheduled and uncompensated, you willingly help.

THANK YOU!!! I try to help where I can, and many others here do too, but I couldn't live long enough to pay back/pay forward your gifts of time and effort.

Again, Thank You! Have a Happy, Safe, Prosperous 2017. You're a Blessing!

    I want to say thank you to these people and say to them, ignore all the negative comments and focus on us that say "thank you, thank you". Also don't ever, ever think about not providing us with your expertise and your patience.

    He has spend his own time on the phone with some forum members walking them thru situations/solutions

    No not my fault. I ask for model and serial number. Which he gave me of a BFA. Some where along the line it turned into a DKD. I was so mad I almost said a few things.I still remember that call.

    Sorry, that was YOUR fault. I always get ALL pertinent info when I start the call. IF they cannot answer those simple questions, I tell them to call back when they have the answers. Same on this forum. If the OP does not share needed info and after I ask he does not respond, I DO NOT WASTE MY TIME. Doug

    Well said. I'm amazed at the professional repair guys/gals that make their living in the fix it business and then share with us for free.

    I enjoy helping people. But I also hate to guess. Without the full information. I hate to answer. I spent twenty minutes on the phone one night. Before the guy told me he had a diesel. That was time wasted.

    Good point. Shout out to Randy at Bestconverter.com Can't tell you how many times I've leaned on the company for questions and always there for us. Cherie even walked me through an installation question and said, wait a minute, I've heard him say this so many times to people, I think and I can give it a go and she was exactly correct. When he called to follow up I just said go on and keep it up, I got it from here, lol. Just not the same as most companies. They are there for us.
