There is a local burrito truck that I stop by pretty often because they make a great ceveche. They have a Honda 3000 inverter gen in a compartment on that truck. I have no idea what load it's running at, but even after dark when the truck is all lit up, that gen is pretty quiet.

For sure you can hear it when you are standing next to the truck, but at say, 10 paces, you don't even notice it.
