As soon as the 2000i goes on sale at Costco on this side of the border (within the next week or two IIRC) I'll be buying one and will be doing a lot of experimentation. I'll be sure to chime in with what I discover.
Fwiw I have my fiver carefully load segregated so as to be able to work a generator absolutely to the edge of it's limits while still being able to do most of what I want with just a small genny. I also got a new 12v electronic charger in the fall that I intend to use instead of the cheapie converter when running on the genny.
I'm excited to start experimenting.
