Water pump has no power. Checked fuse and it is good. When I pulled the fuse the failure lite did not come on. Used a 12volt test light and it did not indicate power. During test the light came on...

What kind of water pump? What kind of RV? You're saying you don't have 12v power TO the pump, ie, the water pump is not RECEIVING power?
