You can buy EPDM or TPO by the foot.. Via ebay even.
What's your plan for the wood under the roof material?
1) Do nothing
2) Deck-over 1/8th
3) Replace it
Around here a roof job on a 37' RV is 8-10k.
As indicated above, I'd certainly consider a liquid roof (not necessarily spray on) - if the roof deck is good, it's a lot less expensive and carries a much better warranty.
