The numbers on mine generally agree with Bill's. As he said some play is normal and also correct that you have 3 LNBs in one unit. Another possibility is that the arm is slightly bent. The LNB as well as a new dish are relatively cheap. I am assuming that you have checked the connections and that they are clean and fully seated at the base.
