Here is my Rig. It is a 1998 K3500 with the Vortec 454. I am the orignal owner, currently has 63k on the odometer.

Just joined i'm from adamstown pa. Been camping for years don't know why i waited so long to join. Heres a pic of my truck 2004 Ford Superduty.
Here's our beast.
'01 Suburban 2500LT, 8.1L, 4.10.
We've had it for almost a year and it tows our measly 6400lb Spree with ease...."Honey, can we get a bigger trailer?";)
Great for the 3 teen boys, although they still find ways to smack each other around while onboard.
Just finished a major (for me at least) bunch of work in prep for our trip to Ottawa and back - new synthetic oil, new diff oils, fuel filter, plugs and a complete "look see" by a good buddy mechanic of mine with a solid thumbs up report.
Enough babbling, here's the pics:
Looking into replacing the OEM receiver before we go - just for piece of mind.

My new tow vehicle is a 2009 Ford F-150 XL, nothing fancy, no bells or whistles other than the basic stuff. Very happy with it, easy to drive,
very comfy. It does have the tow package from Ford.

Here's my 06 2500 MegaCab.
It is not enough truck. 25,000 lbs gross weight and 8,500 lbs on the single rear wheels. Too much for the tires!!!
