Show the engineer each of your pictures of this box and spare tire carrier, explain that you’ll be throwing some stuff inside that box that’ll make it some bit heavier than it is now and that it’s gonna have hit an occasional bump or pothole while traveling down the road. Give a listen and some consideration as to what he/she has to say.
