After posting a few comments on another thread, I decided to start this one under a topic more easily recognized. I also have started a blog at: http://www.tcreviver.com. Okay, MKish, here it is. I'll post to it whenever I get a chance. -Carey

Thanks Bob. Sent you my email.

Did find this PDF manual on what I think is the heater unit.

welcome to the Amerigo family !
The only literature i have is the brochure for the stove.
I have not been able to find anything online in the way of an owners manual.
I am sure any questions you have can be answered here.
I can scan and e-mail you the stove manual if you like.

Simply amazing what y'all have done to restore or modify these campers. I recently bought a 1973 Amerigo which thankfully does not appear to require such extensive work. (Climate controlled storage since 83)

Even with good storage, I suspect some of the propane and electric power items might need replacement.

Might any of you possess a manual for one of these campers? Or for that matter any literature/information in general aside from the advertisements.

Thanks!

Sit tight, pay down bills and save up for a 5th wheel to add to the fleet :).

Good day to all.
Fantastic installed 15 minutes for total job.
re-sealed other vents while I was on the roof.
I will be painting the roof once all the pollen is gone.

I have 4 tripods and am getting ready to raise mine for the first time using four. I'm ready to put the new floor system in and I'll have to use the jacks to hold it up while I do the work. I sure hope there is a lot of difference. Bob, I haven't installed anything yet, but I had thought it would work just right in about the location where Dave's is in the picture.

turns out they weren't what I thought and where some home-built side lifters. I have changed over to 4 tripods but want the corners cause I wont have to fold them up or take them off when load it.

What do you guys think about adding modern corner jacks to our campers? I have bought a dually and have come across a dually setup for the front for $200. I know I'd have to figure out the fiberglass thing, but I have most of the interior striped so anchoring them on the inside is not a problem.

If I had some, Id install them, the 3 crank jacks will make you old before your time lol

I think anything has to be than the 3 jack system.
If you have the interior apart now would be the perfect oportunity.
