1989 Fleetwood Prowler. What is this power switch/box?

but seriously, I have no problem permanently leaving this line "out of commision" and tucked away....but I would certainly like to know what it is for. It may go to something that I would want to be in use?? For all I know, this is why the furnace blower is not turning on..?? (just got this TT as my first TT....checking it out and making repairs/renovations/upgrades one system at a time...)
