2003 Ford Excursion Hitch Height

Hi we purchased 2 trailers at the Lakeland Florida Manheim Auction. Conventional wisdom would be drive existing fleet vehicles down to pick them up.
Throw wisdom out the window we are flying from Pennsylvania to Lakeland. We bought a Shamrock boat with 14" tires, and a Weekend Warrior 25FS toyhauler on 15". A king ranch f-350, 2006 z71 sub, and 2003 V-10 Excursion 4WD.

On my Sub I would need a riser to tow the toy hauler. How different are the Excursion hitch heights compared to the K2500 Sub's height?

In that case, I checked mine for you. About 20" to center of Reese Hitch. It isn't on concrete, so give or take 1/2" ๐Ÿ˜‰

I know my k2500 hitch height. Dead center with ultra light s and raise up 2 inches for 15 inch heavy tt. Not having the exc to mess with and I packing hitches in the plane lol.

Depends if the springs have been changed. They tend to sag, maybe 2 inches over time?

I don't know what a K2500 hitch height is to compare it?

I have F350 springs on my diesel Excursion on 35's. Probably wouldn't help you to measure mine ๐Ÿ˜‰

Just measured my 01 X and its right at 19 inches from ground to top of 2 inch receiver opening. I do carry a tool bin and battery jumper in the back Combined weight around 100#s or so.
