I checked the codes on the truck and two came up, One was Underboost and the other was overboost. I can turn the truck off and then back on and the trubo is fine. Im having to replace the glow plug...

As said, the turbo needs cleaning. There is a unison ring that is controlled by a solenoid that opens and closes vanes in the exhaust section of the turbo, and that is how the level of boost is controlled. It makes the turbo act like a small turbo at low RPM and like a large turbo at higher RPM. If you feel like doing this yourself just google clean 6.0 turbo and you will get lots of instructions. I just changed out the turbo on my 6.0, it had rusted up inside due to lack of driving it all winter. Cost about $1,100 and about 5 hours of my time. If you do clean or change the turbo, there are upgraded oil hose and drain tube that are highly recommended.
