2011 Flagstaff Classic Super Lite Slideout Struggling

Hi everyone,

I have a 2011 Flagstaff Classic Super Lite travel trailer. A few months ago I found a few ball bearings on the floor inside by my back slide out. The slide seemed to operate okay for awhile and this spring I opened it up and that slide really struggled to operate now to the point I have to help it back in and the motor sounds like it under a heavy load. Any suggestions where to start or how I access the slide component to diagnose the problem?

    Sounds like rollers all right. There are a couple of you tube vids on it. It’s a diy if you’re fairly handy and have tools and a little help

    Just taking a shot here but if you lift the flap of carpet at the front of the slide, are there rollers present?
    They dont usually have ball bearings but it's possible.
