That 3500 won't sag as much as the 1500 once loaded either unless you had the WD bars cranked way up on the 1500.
I'd guess the new truck won't drop but an inch or 2 total with all the tongue weight so figure that into the drop as well. Unless you're getting a height adjustable hitch maybe wait til you can hook up the new truck for a real measurement.
