2013 shadow cruiser poor quality customer service

purchased a new 2013 shadow cruiser 280qbs. we had a used Jayfeather before and thought buying a new one would be great. I have heard from several owners of the axle issues. but I have had lots of lit...

We downsized to a Shadow Cruiser 225 RBS. No problems outside of minor, nearly anticipated new trailer issues. The axles are 3500 lbs. rated. we load heavy on the front due to the little tongue weight. Yes, the lightweights are built "different".
