would like to flat tow my 2014 grand Cherokee overland it said remove key-less enter and go button do not understand what they mean ,and was not able to remove button ,

Not sure why your Owners Manual says that. I just looked it up on the Chrysler Tech site (I'm and engineer) and it does not mention having to remove the keyless go button anywhere....
