And one can always buy a much cheaper F-150 work truck with rubber floors, crank windows etc. My F-150s before my 2013 were always austere trucks like that and I liked them, but my wife isn't so keen on trucks like that so for camping a nicer truck is in order.

That is precisely why I stick with the F-150s. I will be replacing our 2009 in about a year when the 2016 F-150s hit the market.
