- Cummins12V98Explorer IIIGuess what, FleetGuard makes the MOPAR Air, oil and engine mount fuel filters. RAYCOR makes the under bed primary fuel filter for MOPAR.
Stick with any of the above for the vest filtration!!!
FleetGuard is Cummins filtration company. - Ron3rdExplorer IIIThat's what I thought. Thanks for the info
- ShinerBockExplorerAlso, the Baldwin BF46031 chassis fuel filter is the same as the Racor/Mopar filter. Parker-Racor bought out Clarcor, Baldwins parent company, last year.
- path1ExplorerAdditionally with my air intake on all my vehicles...just to be sure.
You could have best filter on market but if unfiltered air is sneaking in somehow it won't matter how good filter is. I clean out air tubes real good and inspect for any dust that could of made it passed every filter change. Never had a problem with any fleetgaurd product. Except dealer that would only sell by case. So been buying online last couple 3 years - ScottGNomadYou simply cannot go wrong with Fleetguard products!
- Ron3rdExplorer IIIThanks much for the good info folks, much appreciated
- ACZLExplorerOur company uses Fleetguard on our semis. We have Cummins and Detroit. However, they use Detroit fuel filters in clear site glass housing. Not sure if they carry FG or not, but look into Dieselfiltersonline for pricing. They are great for Motorcraft filters.
